Product & Engineering
Danny leads product development, engineering, and user research. He works directly with investigators to understand their workflows and needs. His background spans software engineering and cyber security, including banking technology. He developed SIERRA before building Phantom Agent.

Product Design & Market Research
Kaylee turns user feedback into practical design improvements. She shapes how the product looks and works, with a focus on clear interfaces and a smoother user experience. She also contributes to market research.
